WBTET 2012 Result after Puja Vacation

Today the Calcutta High Court has given the interim order as a permission to publish WB TET result on account the candidates' future. If the court final order goes against govt then govt itself will be liable for their action of their ongoing process of recruitment, it is said when the advocated general asked J. Biswanath Samaddar if govt has any restriction to publish result.
After the TET exam in West Bengal on 31st March 2013 many complain were came to known that max questions of the exam were out of syllabus. Some of the primary trained candidates lodged cases regarding the question issue. On 30th September NCTE itself notified the court that the allegation were true and minimum of 28 questions were out of syllabus. This was a partial winning of the petitioners.
But dramatically today neither anyone from NCTE were present nor the full report including the rest of the report of Bengali question paper was submitted. Judge did not want to give partial judgement so he called for next date after puja vacation and gave 15 day each to NCTE and followed by the Govt of West Bengal to submit their own status report regarding the recruitment.
WB TET panel can be rejected if judgement goes against the govt. - mentioned Calcutta HC
Whichever the state of the case is publish of result has no bound. Some days earlier the Honorable  Education Minister Mr. Bratya Basu assured us about the result publishing after puja vacation and today he again revealed his satisfaction towards the news from the court. He said,"We are bound to do what ever it needs to publish the result as soon as possible". It would be better if we could do it before puja! -- He added.
But as the possibilities are govt would not give any grace mark for their out of syllabus question papers and after panel is complete if judgement says actually the questions paper was out-of-syllabus then would they recheck the marks of all 55lakh candidates? Is it possible? Or they would again appeal for consideration for this recruitment process and promise to do no mistake next time?
