It is came to know that NCTE have submitted the final and full-formed status report on West Bengal TET as it was ordered to be submitted in Calcutta High Court this month. After that the state has the option to submit their own status report with in December and exactly in the same month the mentioned case of Mithun Manna and Ors VS State is due for their final disposal.
Keeping it remind that last Friday, 22nd Nov 2013 the Primary Education Board had been published the TET result where only 1.07% of 1751000 eligible candidates were passed out. There is still a conflict among the people that from the first day all media were announcing the number of candidates was about more or less 3400000 but Board Chairman's statistic did not match with it this time. However, the all over recruitment process was out of NCTE guide lines though government of West Bengal had notified to be bound to the NCTE rules and regulations along with question patterns which is need not to elaborate. But difference occurred in the exam hall.
Last time when NCTE submitted the incomplete report (Bengali questions were left) they mentioned that about 28 questions were out of NCTE guideline. We have to wait a day to see how many more added with it. It is no doubt out of syllabus questions invited more trouble to the government to accomplish the recruitment as NCTE is also indirectly with the petitioners. Every one is watching what is going to happen so far, would it get a clean-chit from the High Court or hang in with a stay order.
